It starts when i was in college. My college years were a period of discovery, where alongside my studies, a hidden passion for the digital realm began to stir within me. While the curriculum focused on leather, my heart was increasingly captivated by the endless possibilities within technology and design.

This period was marked by a significant exploration into digital design, particularly graphic design, using Photoshop to bring my creative visions to life through photo editing and manipulation. Yet, as I stood at the threshold of graduation in 2018, I felt an uncharted path calling me. Despite my specialized education, something within me yearned for the vast, unexplored territories of online business and digital marketing.

Initially, my foray into digital marketing and blogging was met with challenges, my knowledge was rudimentary at best. Yet, driven by an unwavering determination, I dove into a sea of online resources, soaking in every bit of information I could find. The global lockdown of 2020 proved to be a silver lining, providing me with the time to enroll in a digital marketing course on Udemy, significantly expanding my skill set to include WordPress design.

With fresh knowledge and an insatiable thirst for success, I launched my website, SumanMahapatra.com. The journey wasn’t smooth, the initial attempts were met with failure, not once but twice. As I naively squandered my investments in hosting plans without yielding any results. These failures, however, were not in vain. They were crucial learning experiences that taught me the importance of perseverance and strategic planning.

Moreover, my final year in college introduced me to a business course that ignited my interest in entrepreneurship. This subject provided me with a foundational understanding of business principles, which later became instrumental in my online journey.

Emboldened by my college learnings and the harsh lessons from my early failures, I continued to refine my approach, delving deeper into the field of blogging, keyword research, design, and monetization strategies. My persistence paid off as I began to see success with micro-niche blogs in various languages and topics, from Spanish-language content to APK review site(which I can’t disclose for privacy reason), inching closer to my dream of becoming an international blogger and web designer.

Now, in 2024, I reflect on my journey with pride. My latest project—an international news blog—stands alongside the revamped SumanMahapatra.com as a testament to my growth and expertise. Today, with a focus on personal branding and the implementation of marketing automation techniques, I am poised to empower others to bring their online visions to life.
